Lingoza Terms of Use
These terms cover Lingoza's AI language lessons and subscriptions.
Learning service
Lingoza provides AI-supported speaking practice, CEFR-oriented guidance, lesson feedback, scenarios, and progress tracking.
AI output can contain errors. Level and performance results are learning guidance, not official exams, diplomas, or accredited teacher certificates.
Subscriptions
Premium access and usage limits are shown in the app and Apple purchase screen. Price, trial, renewal, and cancellation terms are confirmed before purchase.
Subscriptions are managed through the Apple account. Deleting a Lingoza account does not automatically cancel an active Apple subscription.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used for illegal, abusive, harmful, automated exploitation, account sharing, or attempts to disrupt the avatar and AI infrastructure.
Access may be limited to protect users, service integrity, and applicable usage limits.
